Welcome to Kiyim! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services"), operated by Khasan Khabibullaev, based in Italy ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Kiyim, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Kiyim. Vendors registering stores must provide accurate contact and business information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Vendors may upload products and style images. Vendors are solely responsible for:
Vendors and users retain ownership of the content they upload. By submitting content (products, styles, photos, videos, messages, reviews), you grant Kiyim a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting, and display it to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove or disable content that violates these Terms or applicable law. All user activity is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App allows users to communicate with vendors via tools such as Telegram or phone. We are not responsible for third-party interactions.
We request certain permissions to deliver the Services: location (foreground and, where enabled, background) to show nearby boutiques and map results; camera, microphone, and media/library access so you can capture or upload content; storage/file access for saving uploads; notification permissions to send transactional alerts; and, on Android, overlay permissions to show certain in-app UI. You can disable any permission in device settings, but some features may not work. How we handle related data is described in our Privacy Policy.
At this time, Kiyim does not offer in-app checkout or payment processing. Product listings are for discovery and inspiration, and users may contact vendors directly (for example via Telegram or phone) to arrange purchases, delivery, and payment outside of the App. Any such transactions are between you and the vendor, and third-party payment providers’ terms may apply.
If we introduce in-app ordering or payments in the future, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy before those features go live.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms. Vendors may be removed if they do not meet our onboarding or content standards.
You may close your account at any time; data handling after closure is governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, accounting).
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or take responsibility for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Florence, Italy.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email.
